Jinghope Real Estate (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. (formerly known as Suzhou Yanlord Real Estate Co. Ltd.) established in Mar. 2004 is the wholly-owned subsidiary company of Jinghope Holdings Pte. Ltd, a Singapore invested corporation. The company has successfully acquired the land use rights of six sites through a public auction or bidding, which have been proposed for the luxury residence, serviced apartment, hotel, office building and industrial property, respectively.
