On the morning of June 12, some renowned experts of Shanghai Weston Real Estate Management Institute started a three-day commercial real estate training courses in Suzhou Jinghope. The studying team composed by Mr. Chan Ming Keng, chairman of Jinghope ,some senior managers and general staff .
Miss Tang Hao( director of the Training Center of Suzhou Industrial Park), Mr. Yin kunhua (headmaster of Shanghai Weston Real Estate Management Institute) and Mr. Pan Yubing( the general manager of real estate management company of Suzhou Industrial Park) participated the opening ceremony. TANG Hao said that most of the commercial services projects were invested by the state-owned enterprises,the government attaches great importance to the Jinghopes’ participation and funded 100,000 yuan to this training.
Three-day courses focus on the development of commercial real estate capital projects, planning and realization of the creative aspects of development process. Jinghope students highly focused on the actual situation of the company projects.The experts will not only complete the knowledge system of commercial real estate of our staff but also update the concept of development .
