Located in a potential section on the North Third Ring of Changshu, the project has an area of about 62,500 sqm and a construction area of about 132,400 sqm, including 6 high-rise buildings and 8 Western-style houses, the plot ratio is around 1.5 and greening rate around 40%, and with a total number of 4 house types with floor areas respectively of 99, 115, 125 and 135 sqm.

The design concept of “an architectural style of modernist simplicity and conciseness” is introduced to create a Singaporean garden community. In line with local conditions, maximization of natural ecology is combined with humanized needs on the daily activity line, and four designing highlights have been brought up, i.e. “experiential block, hotel-style entrance, atrium with water elements and abundant vegetation surroundings”, including Yue Sports Space, Yue Book Bar, Yue Fun World, Yue Dancing Room and other theme recreation centers, to build a colorful community life. Our commitment is to create an art-life museum of luxury and aesthetics, producing experiences of pleasant life by integrating art with home-coming.
