(co-developed)Located in the center of Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone, the project faces Huangpu River in the west, the century-old Bund across the river, and adjacent to Jinmao Tower, World Financial Center and Oriental Pearl Tower to the north. Covering an area of nearly 150,000 sqm, the residence has a total construction area of 430,000 sqm and greening rate of 50%.
