1) If quality problems (except man-made damage or unavoidable natural aging and damage) occur to all products of JINGHOPE FURNISHING due to our company's manufacturing or installation reasons within two years of warranty period after passing the delivery acceptance, the company will be responsible for free maintaining (for man-made damage or unavoidable natural aging and damage, our company will charge costs for materials, processing, transportation and labor as appropriate);

2) In addition to providing the aforesaid warranty service, our company will repair or change the spare parts for any damage caused not by our products' quality problems within the two-year warranty period after all products of JINGHOPE FURNISHING pass the delivery acceptance, but charges the maintenance costs (including the costs for materials, processing, transportation, labor, etc.) as appropriate. Product repair means repairing the the product to a usable state;

3) After the warranty period of products expires, the company will continually promise to provide customers with the product lifetime maintenance service and charge fees according to the service content;

4) After the company's after-sales team receives the repair call or written notice, they will arive at the site within 48 hours for repair. If the problem cannot be settled at once, it will be fixed within twenty-five working days. Our company has on-site maintenance personnel in various project sites to ensure providing after-sales service without delay.
