Suzhou | JINGHOPE Lakeshore Villa
Located on the side of the moat of the ancient urban zone, the project is adjacent to Lindun Road and directly connected to the business circle of Guanqian Street; going north and then out of the north ring, one can directly reach the Park, the New Area and Xiangcheng District. Located in Gusu District of Suzhou, it covers a total area of over 45,000 sqm with a total construction area of 56,000 sqm.
Drawing inspirations from the more than 2,000-year architectural heritage and the Classical Gardens of Suzhou, the JINGHOPE Lakeshore Villa is a product in cooperation with the Singapore SCDA Architects, standing beside the Humble Administrator’s Garden to pay homage to classic architecture and to create a modern Chinese-style courtyard villa.
With only 127 seats planned, the project achieves a trinity with the thriving landscape, the prosperous Gusu and the mansion lineage in the ancient city's context, returning to the modern Chinese heritage and paying tribute to classical Chinese architecture with design elements such as white walls and black tiles, Ma Tau walls, pitched roofs and hollowed-out grilles, as a humble present to those who cherish the old memory of Suzhou.
