Located in the top section of Suzhou Industrial Park, and close to Jinji Lake and the CBD Business Zone to the west of the lake, the project is convenient to transportation and shopping facilities. Covering an area of about 105,000 sqm and with a total construction area of over 150,000 sqm and greening rate of about 50%, the community has taken into account of the combination of habitat environment and the lake view in its design so that every single building has the best orientation and lake view. In the interior, emphases are made on the organic combination of point, line and surface, leaving abundant landscape space.

By combining the epitome of urban prosperity with the style of Classical Gardens of Suzhou, and by ingeniously borrowing the grand view of Jinji Lake, the designer has succeeded in integrating natural landscape such as water lane, stream and forest into the project's environment with modern techniques. Poetic feeling arises when you stand in the midst of it, echoing the imagery described by “Mist-like willows and painted bridge, wind curtains and green drapes, buildings with different heights housing ten thousand families”. 

The project has three community centers with international themes of leisure, business and sports respectively, where you can have all your needs met. Besides, the project has taken the lead in adopting the pedestrian-and-vehicle separation design, which provides a lot of spaces for the quiet and comfortable public leisure activities of the residents and form a neighborhood of harmonious atmosphere.
