Located in the administrative service section of Qidong Economic Development Zone, the project has a total construction area of about 400,000 sqm, the planning includes 12 full-fitted high-rise buildings and small high-rise buildings, Crowne Plaza Qidong covers more than 40,000 sqm, and a heated pool & gym of about 2,000 sqm (including indoor heated pool, gym, steaming room, yoga room, etc.). 

The residential buildings are designed according to the highest 3-star national green building standard, aiming at the creation of a high-quality living environment with craftsmanship.

Drawing the concept from Singaporean landscape, a garden of about 85,000 sqm is planned. A central park of around 20,000 sqm is designed , including reception room, waterscape, pet care,Children’s World, sakura ring track, thousand-meter running track, large sunny lawn and other diversified immersive life scenes for all ages, aiming at the creation of a space of natural tastes.
