  • Store Manager (Art Space Manager)

    1.Bachelor’s degree or above, experience in art industry  is preferred;

    2.2-3 years’operation & management experience in experience consumption brands or stores is required;

    Job responsibilities

    1.Responsible for the service experience and operation of multi-form cultural and art spaces (JINGHOPE - Art Center, JINGHOPE - Art Store, JINGHOPE - Bookstore, JINGHOPE - Coffee, Fashion Brand Store);

    2.Develop service experience solutions and related products and services for each themed life space, strengthen customer experience and increase customer stickiness through systematic operation management; 

    3.Responsible for the daily management work scheduling of the cultural space, space activity planning and implementation;

    4.Prepare budget, cost and income statements;

    5.Responsible for the formulation of space operation analysis and summary report and propose improvement measures.

    2.2-5 years’ experience in artwork sales related to galleries and art museums, familiar with such business characteristics and the rules and skills in sales;

    3.Sales experience in luxury brands, and a certain number of major clients available;

    4.Fluent in English.

    Job responsibilities

    Responsible for formulating, implementing and completing monthly, quarterly and annual targets for the sales of art works.

    Sales content:

    1.Develop and maintain the collectors of the Art Center, sell original works and plan and implement the annual sales strategy.

    2.Expansion, selection and sales of limited art works authorized by the artists for development, consignment and agent.

    3.Develop the channel distribution of limited works of art.

    4.Develop corporate group buying customers.

    Management content:

    5.Sort out the inventory and take stock of the art works, make sure that accounts are consistent with reality.

    6.Review of operation situation and iteration of sales strategy.

    7.Formulation of  strategies and plans for Art Fair and other projects.

    1.Formulate and improve the company’s management system and institutions, cooperate with the group to complete the implementation and supervision of the cultural company’s personnel modules, and create a good organizational atmosphere;

    2.Responsible for dealing with daily employee relations, handling procedures such as employee entry, resignation, regularization and transfer; 

    3.Responsible for budget formulation, supervision and control of human resources expenses;

    4.Arrange and coordinate daily administrative and logistic work;
