On April 3, 2026, Xu Qu’s solo exhibition「Bright」officially opened at Sanya JINGHOPE Art Center. Taking “shell currency” as its conceptual thread, the exhibition brings together the African Currency and Maze series—one revealing value negotiations within a colonial context, the other deconstructing conventional perceptions of pathways. The on-site mural Diffuse Shell Currency, derived from the iridescent colors of shells, was created in situ within the exhibition space.

JINGHOPE CULTURE is pleased to announce the launch of its annual group exhibition,A Blink in the Void, which opened successfully on December 26 at the Sanya JINGHOPE ART CENTER. Curated by Dai Zhuoqun, the exhibition brings together nine artists—Bu Di, Du Yang, Liu Zhan, Qin Qi, Shen Liang, Wang Xingwei, Wu Chen, Xie Nanxing, and Xie Qi—and presents a total of 60 works.
